What can I expect when booking an appointment?
After you have an accepted offer, call us or book your inspection online. We only need your name, email address, property address, and your agents name and email address. We will email you, your agent, and the sellers agent the date and time of the inspection you selected, we often find it also helps if you let your agent know yourself.
At the time of the inspection you can attend yourself and follow along during the home inspection. This gives us an opportunity to offer guidance on any system or component you have a question about, and offer advice on how to fix anything we find substandard or recommend a contractor that can further assist you.
After the inspection you can expect to receive a PDF report via email that evening. We like to schedule time the next day to discuss any questions you may have about the report.
